The Offis Life 1577HS-L5 High Security shredder is compact shredder ideal for mid-size office use. The wastebasket can be tilted out and used for general paper waste. This shredder can shred up to 8 sheets of paper at a time into 1/32" x 7/16" bits with a speed of 18 feets per minute. It features a 9-1/2" feeding slot which will fit all standard sized paper. Also features with reverse button for easy paper jam clearance, automatic start/stop function, standby mode for energe saving, a 8 gallon wastebasket which have a secondary opening for general trash. Warranty: Parts to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) year from date of invoice. Labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to ninety (90) days from date of invoice. Cutting Rollers are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for one (1) year from date of invoice. Failure to lubricate these machines properly will void the warranty. ( Level 5 Shredders purchased with an Oiler: Labor is increased to one (1) year from date of invoice; Cutting Roller is warranted for two (2) years from date of invoice.)
