    Gold Seal 5 will help diagnose an equipment or network failure.

  • 24-Hour Video Test Facility
    The video test facility in Naperville, IL is available 24 hours a day.

  • Quarterly Reports
    Gold Seal's database information can be provided in either electronic format or hard copy upon request. The report includes trouble record by individual system, serial number, ISDN information, etc.

Whenever the equipment fails and as many times as needed during the coverage period.

Where do I call when I have a problem?

Simply call the Gold Seal Support Center telephone number and have the serial number available. This number will be made available to you when you purchase the maintenance agreement.
