Office Direct,
Inc.s Shipping Policy:
All
products sold are shipped to their destinations via UPS, or
FedEx. Only government orders will be shipped via the
United States Post Office. All orders, unless specified,
will ship UPS Ground within 3 days of purchase, provided the item
purchased is in stock. Orders that are placed inside the
Chicago Loop are often hand delivered within 24 hours.
Express shipping is only available upon request.
Warranties and Service
Contracts:
All products sold
by Office Direct, Inc. are equipped with warranties from the
manufacturer. Warranties may differ accordingly.
Service contracts are available on select goods for a moderate
cost. If your product becomes defective, or needs
maintenance, outside of Office Direct Inc.s return policy,
or does not have an extended service contract, any and all issues
must be taken up with the manufacturer.
Return Policy:
If you are not
satisfied with your purchase from Office Direct, Inc., please
call a customer service representative at (800)-643-8353 for a
Return Authorization Number. Office Direct, Inc. is not
liable for any return that is unauthorized.
After receiving
an Authorization Number, ship the product complete with original
packaging, (together with all accessories and manuals), and sales
receipt. Failure to ship the product complete may result in an
additional fee. It is strongly recommended that any
returned merchandise be shipped to Office Direct, Inc. via UPS,
or FedEx to ensure delivery. Office Direct, Inc. is not
responsible for lost returns. Office Direct, Inc. will not
refund any shipping charges, if you choose to return your
purchase. The product must be returned in the original packaging and if
product is mishandled a restocking fee may be charged.
On most items,
Office Direct, Inc., will accept returns within 20 days of the
purchase. Any issue after the 30-day policy must be taken
up with the products manufacturer. Any item that
contains software is non-refundable. If the product is
defective, please contact a customer service representative
within 14 days of the purchase, and we will gladly exchange the
product for you.
We will do our
best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21
days for your credit.
Software
and Service Information:
Office Direct, Inc. is not responsible for
any internal Information Technology cost for the set up of the
products it sells. If Office Direct, Inc. provides installation
or repair service on your equipment and/or software it may
require the assistance of your computer/IT support people. This
assistance is not the finical responsibility of Office Direct,
Inc.
