| With the advent of "easy" Internet access, the old method of analog (i.e. Tape Cassette) dictation and transcription devices has passed into obsolescence. It is far easier (and less costly) to move digital dictation files and documents electronically. To this end, many product developers have produced inexpensive portable digital dictation devices for dictation use. The only thing that was left out of the equation on the developer’s side was how to automatically manage and move these dictations to a skilled Transcriptionist and how to move the typed documents back to the end user.
